Popular international chain opens six Express restaurants in January; several more new locations in pipeline
Americans’ appetite for delicious pizza at affordable prices is as strong as ever, as evidenced by the collection of new Pizza Inn Express restaurants that opened in January across three states.
Flash Market Inc. added to its stable of successful Pizza Inn franchises in Alabama, Arkansas and Tennessee by opening four new Pizza Inn Express locations last month alone. Three are in Arkansas (Brinkley, Trumann and Wynne). The other is in Clarkton, MO.
A fifth Pizza Inn Express, owned by franchisee Yasin Mohammad, began operations in Jarrell, TX. And Alfonso Montalvo began dishing out the pizza in late January at his new Hebbronville, TX, restaurant. All told, it’s a record number of openings in a single month in recent company history.

Flash Market owns and operates more than 85 convenience-store locations across the Southeast, with 35 different restaurant concepts represented. In addition to the units opened in January, the company operates one Pizza Inn restaurant in Lebanon, TN, another in Cave City, AR, a location in Saraland, AL, and two units in Marion, AR.
