From 5 to 9:30 p.m., veterans and active-duty military can enjoy signature dishes like the penne vodka with pancetta and a vodka tomato cream sauce, priced at $36; Sunday Gravy featuring rigatoni, meatballs, Italian sausage and ricotta, priced at $43; and Glory Bay Salmon Piccata with lemon, capers and parsley, priced at $49. All of Piero’s entrées can be paired with a glass of wine from their vast wine collection or one of the restaurant’s signature cocktails prepared by expert bartenders.
