Exceptional auction at the Puces du Canal, for the benefit of the Paul Bocuse Foundation !
The Puces du Canal, second biggest flea market in France, announces an exceptional auction of Mr. Paul Bocuse’s belongings, Saturday the 5th of October – from 11am.
The Puces du Canal are proud to announce the celebration of the great chef of Lyon’s gastronomy, Mr. Paul Bocuse, through the sale of dozens of lots, taking place at Puces du Canal, on Saturday the 5th of October 2019.
The auction will begin at 11am and will be hosted by Maître Gérard Richard. It will also be broadcasted on Interenchères and Drouot Live. The experts Jacotte Brazier (granddaughter of the famous Mère Brazier) and Sir Denis Bernard (wine expert) will be present. This event is the last tribute to Mr. Paul Bocuse, on this occasion, all profits will be donated to the Paul Bocuse Foundation. No reserve price has been set to the different lots.
The offered lots :
– Paul Bocuse’s Mercedes-Benz500 SEL
– Paul Bocuse’s Mercedes-Benz G-class
– the historic furniture of the Hostel located at Collonges-au-Mont-D’or
– numerous sets of crockery, including the famous VGE soup tureens
– numerous grand crus from Mr. Paul Bocuse’s personal collection, including well-packed bottles from the chef’s birth year : 1926.
