Established in 1984 with a commitment to fresh, grilled fish, Parkers’ Lighthouse has become a Long Beach icon, known for its exquisite seafood, innovative dishes and unparalleled service. Over the years, the restaurant has evolved through significant renovations in 1999 and 2010, expanding both its menu and atmosphere to offer a broader range of culinary experiences. With its stunning views of the Queen Mary and downtown Long Beach, Parkers’ Lighthouse remains a beloved destination for both locals and visitors alike.
“We are incredibly proud to celebrate 40 years of Parkers’ Lighthouse. Our success is a reflection of the dedication of our team, the support of our community and our passion for creating memorable dining experiences,” said Stacy Lee, General Manager of Parkers’ Lighthouse. “We’re excited to honor our legacy while continuing to evolve and serve our guests for years to come.”
The anniversary event will feature a variety of delicious offerings, including a raw bar with chilled oysters on the half shell and jumbo shrimp, a Prime Rib slider carving station, and signature dishes from past and present, crafted by new Executive Chef David Luna. Guests will also enjoy a selection of sweet treats to end the night.
The celebration includes live entertainment, complimentary beer and wine, with a cash bar available for additional beverage purchases.
