Friday, July 23rd, the iconic Gansevoort rooftop unveils its highly anticipated Omakase pop up bar, Saishin at the Gansevoort Rooftop, in partnership with rapidly expanding Kissaki, the Michelin-rated sushi restaurant known for its outposts in NYC and the Hamptons.
Saishin Opens at Gansevoort Rooftop
Saishin at the Gansevoort Rooftop by Kissaki Hospitality Group will be an 850 sq foot space with seating for up to 50 including a 16 seat omakase bar. The pop-up will run from July through January 2022 and feature a custom menu curated by Kissaki, honoring the traditional Japanese cuisine with mindful sourcing, seasonality and quality.
Gansevoort has also just launched Coffee & Cocktails (C+C), an open-air café that transports guests to the streets of Paris or Italy, serving sandwiches and light bites with cocktails at night.
