Luxury resort, Ojai Valley Inn in California, is excited to announce Chef Jordan Pilarski as their new Executive Pastry Chef. Chef Pilarski will lead the pastry programs at various restaurants within the resort, including Olivella, The Oak, Libbey’s Market, Jimmy’s Pub, as well as in-room dining and special events.

With almost ten years of pastry experience, Chef Pilarski previously worked at Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island and Bacara, and later joined Santa Barbara’s Alessia Patisserie and Cafe. He is well-known on The Food Network, participating in various pastry competitions and serving as a guest judge.
Chef Pilarski brings a unique culinary perspective to Ojai Valley Inn, focusing on locally sourced ingredients and traditional French pastry techniques. He will oversee pastry programming across the resort’s restaurants, The Farmhouse culinary events venue, in-room dining menus, and seasonal offerings.
The Food and Beverage Manager at Ojai Valley Inn, Ben Kephart, expressed pride in having Chef Pilarski on board, and they are excited to see him enhance the resort’s culinary offerings.
In his new role, Chef Pilarski plans to use Ojai’s seasonal ingredients to create exciting and innovative pastry creations. He is thrilled to be part of the culinary team at Ojai Valley Inn and looks forward to learning and growing alongside some of the biggest names in the culinary world.
