Every Tuesday in October, beginning Oct. 2
Experience the luscious flavors of Italian cuisine at Foxwoods with Tuesday Tastings at Alta Strada. A different three-course meal, celebrating the northern (Piedmont, Tuscany, Friuli and Veneto) and southern (Campania) regions of Italy will be offered each week. From Grilled Salmon ala Campania to Friuli Pan Seared Branzino, Piedmont Grilled Sirloin to Tuscan Tender Veal, guests will indulge in an array of tastes and traditions, inspired by regional Italian ingredients. Wednesday, Oct. 3 – 6:30 p.m.
AAA-four diamond award-winning Paragon and Chef de Cuisine Scott Mickelson bring New England classics alive in this demonstration dinner featuring the freshest regional seafood and produce, elegantly paired with area wines by Saltwater Farms and Jonathan Edwards. ($89/person)
An Evening with Tom Colicchio and Jacques Pépin
Thursday, Oct. 11 – 7:00 p.m.
Join superstars Tom Colicchio and Jacques Pépin for an extraordinary private dinner with wine pairings at Craftsteak. A portion of the proceeds for this event will be donated to Share Our Strength, an organization that aims to end childhood hunger in America. ($200/person; tax & gratuity included)

Foxwoods Executive Pastry Chef Frank Iglesias, as seen on The Food Network’s “Sweet Genius,” will prepare a demonstration involving a whole pumpkin, chocolate, caramel, marshmallows, pecans, Bourbon and flames followed by a tasting of his creation.
Connecticut Clambake featuring David Burke
Friday, Oct. 19 – 7:30 p.m.
Known for his creativity with unexpected (but delectable) ingredients, celebrity chef David Burke will prepare traditional locally-sourced seafood with a distinctive and modern twist to start off a weekend of events at David Burke Prime restaurant. ($99/person)

Saturday, Oct. 20 – 7:30 p.m.
Chef David Burke’s artistry for turning a meal into an experience will be showcased during this exquisite evening that blends prime cuts of beef with decadent appetizers and desserts, and distinctive wines. ($115/person)
Signature Sunday Brunch
Sunday, Oct. 21 – 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
