TEXAS’ FIRST FOOD HALL + BEER GARDEN IS OPEN IN HOUSTON
Underground Culinary Concept Includes Four Diverse Vendors + Over 60 Beer Taps
Downtown Houston welcomes its first curated food hall and beer garden, Conservatory located underground in the former 1912 Isis Theatre. Business partners, Anh Mai and Lian Nguyen opened the chef-driven space in May 2016 to provide the downtown area with a variety of quality and diverse food options, as well as an extensive craft beer, sake and wine selection.
Conservatory’s 7,500-square-foot space features a raw, industrial design with exposed piping and fixtures. Meant to evoke a living greenhouse, the entrance features a living wall of plants and a grand staircase that takes customers down to the beer garden. A destination for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night, Conservatory is open until 2 a.m. on Thursdays and until 3 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Also, Conservatory will be doing Family Funday on Saturday and Sunday Funday with a diverse brunch offering on Sundays.
Anh Mai hand-picked vendors to represent the diverse dining scene in Houston. Vendors at Conservatory include:
