Café Bamba, the Euro-Latino all day cafe and bistrofrom Jorge Guzman Hospitality Group–the team behind The Black Ant, Gardenia and Ofrenda, and the new Temerario, is now open in the heart of Chelsea.
The space is bright and contemporary with high ceilings and exposed brick. Café Bamba serves as a rotating gallery ofstreet art by Vola Vida Gallery.
Consulting Chef Mario Hernandez has created the menu oflight, healthy dishes with European and Latin influences for breakfast, lunch and brunch. Dinner service will start soon.
