The widely popular Australian hotel, QT Sydney, has recently launched their seasonal hand-crafted cocktails featuring Perrier Jouët champagne in their Gilt Lounge.  Bubbly cocktails are becoming widely popular in the spring and summer months, and these unique drinks from QT Sydney are a fresh new take on the growing trend.

Some of Sydney, Australia’s finest mixologists were brought on to create a vast array of hand-crafted cocktails which resulted in creating three unique drinks for QT Sydney Hotel:

• Royal Collins – Perrier Jouët, Haymen’s Old Tom Whiskey, classic Yuzu and fresh lemon.
• Champagne-Sider – Perrier Jouët NV, Encanto Pisco, fresh mint and lime.
• Gilty Bellini – Perrier Jouët NV, Earl Grey infusion, and fresh peach
