The new season brings a bounty of new menu items at 1000 NORTH. From soups and market sides to entrees and desserts, the restaurant and private club has found new ways to tantalize guests at lunch and dinner.
Drop in for lunch after a day on the water, or reel in your own fresh catches with the new Tuna Burger and Fish Tacos. The Wagyu Steak and Fries offers a heartier lunch option. Slice into this marvelously marbled cut of Australian beef with pistachio chimichurri and a vinaigrette salad. And don’t forget the truffle salt fries!
“This will be our first full season since we opened, and we want to keep building on the excitement,” said partner Ira Fenton. “When they come to 1000 NORTH, our members and guests expect to be delighted. They want creative food, and Chef Lee’s new menu delivers.”
Dinner at 1000 NORTH is the ultimate dining experience and it doesn’t get any better than a 34-ounce Dry-Aged Porterhouse. This perfect cut of USDA prime beef is aged for 28 days and is served with your choice of housemade composed butter. Make it even more decadent with one of the new add-ons, including a Canadian lobster tail, seared foie gras, or the colossal crab Oscar. The 1000 NORTH Roasted Duck will engulf your senses. A cassis glaze renders the duck sweet and crisp, yet tender. The masterpiece is paired with dirty pecan wild rice and baby vegetables.
Save room for dessert – the Brown Butter Carrot Cake is a perfect ending to any meal. Moist carrot cake layered with brown butter cream cheese frosting, and topped with candied carrots and salted walnuts, will get your mouth watering. The Island Spiced Tres Leches is a mini vacation for your mouth. Siesta Key coconut rum milk and guava cream, soak languidly into vanilla sponge cake in this updated version of the traditional Latin dessert.
As if elegant dining, a spectacular view of the Jupiter Lighthouse, and handcrafted cocktails aren’t reasons enough, 1000 NORTH’s new menus offer guests even more reasons to keep coming back.
