It’s that time of the year again where we welcome a burst of earth tones, a crisp breeze and rustling leaves. As the sun sets earlier, our shadows get longer and we seek some soul-satisfying, stick-to-your ribs comfort food to keep warm. Hyatt Times Square’s T-45 Diner has released its new menu for the fall/winter season and its chock full of cozy dishes made with seasonal mouthwatering ingredients by Executive Chef Nick Pelliccione.
Below is a sample of what patrons can look forward to:
- Butternut Squash Salad with roasted peppers, pecorino, arugula and capers
- Kimichi Fried Rice with bacon, eggs and peas
- Steak and Rice Bowl with sticky rice, pickled veggies and soy vinaigrette
- Pan Seared Scallops with sweet potato puree and red wine braised cauliflower
- Brown Butter Cheesecake
