Vista Ridge Mall welcomes popular bakery café; grand opening set for June 1
That mouthwatering aroma you encounter the next time you walk into Vista Ridge Mall says it all: Nestlé Toll House cookies are in the oven!
Starting Sunday, kids of all ages in Lewisville will be able to relive some warm childhood memories thanks to the arrival of the mall’s new Nestlé Toll House Café by Chip. It is the seventh of 18 cafés set to open this year under a long-term master lease agreement signed in October 2013 with Rouse Properties, Inc. (NYSE: RSE), a national owner and operator of regional enclosed malls.
The bakery café will start serving its bevy of confectionary delights for mall shoppers on Sunday, June 1.
As the sixth in the country to feature Nestlé Toll House Café’s enhanced kiosk concept, the café includes comfortable seating, digital menus displayed on eight LED screens and an upgraded design that showcases the brand’s distinctive product offerings in a more efficient and attractive manner. Bar seating is available around the sides of the kiosk in addition to tables and soft seating in the adjacent area.

The premium dessert destination concept is built around the world’s most powerful food brand – Nestlé. Along with its universally loved Nestlé Toll House cookies and cookie cakes, the new café serves brownies, muffins, smoothies, Nescafé coffee and ice creams. The café is also a great lunch option, thanks to its made-to-order Crepes and Panini sandwiches.
The Vista Ridge Mall is located at 2401 S. Stemmons Freeway. Café hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday-Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday. This marks the sixth Nestle Toll House Café in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, 20th in the state of Texas and the 128th café system-wide.
