“Mary Modena”
(bloody mary with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena)

½ cup vodka
1 cup tomato juice
1 ½ tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
1 tablespoon prepared jarred horseradish
1 tsp Tabasco
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ freshly squeezed lemon
Dash of Celery Bitters
Dash of freshly ground black pepper
