Acumen Winery Appoints Ahna Jotter as Direct-to-Consumer Manager
Jotter was raised in Napa Valley and grew up helping with bottling and labeling at her grandfather’s small, family-run winery in Yountville. After studying botany, Jotter worked as a floral designer before joining the team at The Hess Collection Winery. During her tenure at Hess, Jotter was promoted from wine educator to visitor center assistant manager and ultimately to DTC manager, where she oversaw the wine club, e-commerce programs, and club events.
“With her Napa Valley roots, her passion for the arts and agriculture, and her gracious approach to hospitality, Ahna is a fantastic addition to our team, and the perfect person to tell the story of our estate vineyards on Atlas Peak and our mountain-grown wines,” said Sales & Marketing Director Diana Schweiger. “With Ahna guiding our DTC program, we are excited to continue building on the great relationships we have formed with our customers and club members.”
As DTC manager, Jotter is excited to build on the winery’s focus on combining fine wine, art and music at the Acumen Wine Gallery. “The Acumen Wine Gallery has always been more than just a tasting room,” said Jotter “it’s a place where people can come together to share music, art, wine and even Champagne. We are a winery that is inspired by beauty and creativity, both in wine and life. Sharing our passion with our club members, guests and other friends is at the heart of what we do.”
