Chopped Smoked Salmon Salad Bites

Ingredients:
8 oz. whipped cream cheese
8 oz. Mówi cold smoked salmon
1 Tbsp. capers
1/4 small red onion,
thinly sliced 1 mini cucumber ends trimmed,
unpeeled 1 tsp. fresh dill
1 tsp. chopped fresh chives.
1/2 ripened avocado,
cubed Juice of 1/2 lemon
Thick crackers or toast
Toppings:
Everything bagel seasoning, salmon roe or chopped fresh dill.
Directions: Pile the first 8 ingredients on a large cutting board and sprinkle with lemon juice. Chop vigorously with a chef’s knife until completely combined. Use a spreading knife to spread onto crackers or toast and top with toppings. Serves 16-20
