ONE Steakhouse, located at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, will celebrate Military Appreciation Month in May by offering all military personnel a discount on their entire bill throughout the month.
ONE Steakhouse will honor veterans and active-duty military with a 10% discount on the entire check to celebrate the holiday. In addition to Military Appreciation Month, ONE’s honorary discount is extended to those who serve year-round as a token of gratitude.
Military personnel and guests can enjoy ONE’s impressive selection of steaks, including Japanese Satsuma wagyu, and reimagined surf and turf selections. Other signature dishes include crispy tiger shrimp with cherry pepper aioli and chili cilantro sauce, priced at $26; baked short rib rigatoni featuring whipped burrata, roasted tomato sauce and basil, priced at $17; roasted lamb chops complete with rosemary fondant, creamed spinach and currant jus, priced at $72; and fennel-crusted salmon served with marble potatoes and lobster butter, priced at $46.
