2nd Annual Food Fight Finals
On Wednesday July 1st, Morrison Community Living held its 2nd Annual Food Fight Finals. At the culinary event, five semifinalists from across the country came together to battle it out in a “chopped-style” competition at Callaway Golf in Carlsbad, CA.
Powered by business partners Hormel, KRAFT and Rich Products, these five chefs worked against the clock in a quick fire, appetizer and entrée challenge using business partner ingredients & pantry items. Communities, family and friends cheered on their favorites Chefs via Livestream [Morrison Community Living Culinary] which fueled excitement and energy.
The winner, Chef Drew Ward from Sharon Towers in Charlotte, NC created the winning plate: including a prosciutto wrapped black cod, roasted fingerling potatoes, baby zucchini and squash ribbons and a vibrant sauce using A1 sauce, Grey Poupon and tomatoes.
