Mauna Kea Resort, comprised of iconic properties Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort, proudly announces the appointment of Todd Oldham as Director of Food & Beverage. In this role, Oldham will oversee all food and beverage operations at the eight bars and restaurants across both Big Island properties, including elegant bay-view restaurant Manta, craft cocktail favorite Copper Bar and the Mediterranean-inspired Meridia that recently opened following a $46 million renovation to Westin Hapuna Beach Resort in Summer 2018.
“The new go-to for all culinary programming, Todd’s strong background and impressive leadership skills are ideal assets as we share Hawaii’s vibrant food scene with guests and elevate culinary experiences across both properties,” said Craig Anderson, Vice President of Operations at Mauna Kea Resort. “As we approach The Westin Hapuna Beach’s 25th anniversary, we’re thrilled to have Todd leading the team creating exciting new culinary programming that guests can expect from Mauna Kea Resort in the months to come.”

Oldham followed his passion to Hawaii in 1998, where he held positions including Director of Food & Beverage at Sheraton Kauai Resort, and Director of Food and Beverage at Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas.
