MANDARIN ORIENTAL, LAS VEGAS WELCOMES CHEF DE CUISINE FRÉDÉRIC DON TO TWIST BY PIERRE GAGNAIRE
HONG KONG, July 21, 2015 – Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas is delighted to announce the appointment of Frédéric Don as Chef de Cuisine at the Five-Star restaurant, Twist by Pierre Gagnaire. Chef Don brings his experience of fine dining to Las Vegas from another Pierre Gagnaire restaurant, The Gallery at Sketch in London, where he served as Head Chef since 2013.

Chef Don began his education in 2000 at Les Petites Bruyeres a St Chamond and later trained as an apprentice at Restaurant Pierre Orsi in Lyon, France. Chef Don joined the award-winning restaurant Flocon de Sel in 2008, where he served as Sous Chef and helped lead the team to achieving three Michelin stars.
