Miami Beach’s award-winning seafood hot spot, Lure Fishbar, is celebrating summer with a limited-time only pre-fixe menu. Executive Chef John Iatrellis has created a menu of delicacies from both land and sea for diners to enjoy throughout the month of July priced at $50 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.

Lure Fishbar Introduces Summer Pre-Fixe Menu During the Month of JulyGuests can enjoy an accessibly priced three-course dinner beginning with a choice of raw bar platter (dressed oysters, jumbo shrimp and clams); calamari with smoked chili glaze; a chop salad with tangy balsamic dressing; salmon tartare with avocado, ponzu and aji amarillo; or crab cakes. Savory entrees include Lure’s award-winning Bash Style Burger; shrimp risotto with uni crème; Nori crusted tuna served with Chinese broccoli and Jasmine rice; herb roasted chicken with Greek-style oven potatoes, baby artichokes and crispy spinach; and bronzini with cauliflower puree and caramelized fennel. The perfect ending to any meal at Lure, diners will have a choice of one of the restaurant’s popular desserts made in-house – Key lime pie with roasted white chocolate; milk n’ cookies or chocolate peanut butter ice cream sandwich; or two scoops of sorbet (mango-lime, Meyers lemon or passion fruit).

Salute summer with a refreshing cocktail from Lure’s award-wining bar menu curated by Bar Director Rob Ferrara. Seasonal libations include the Dr. Greenthumb ($12) made with Avion Silver tequila, fresh kale & cucumber juices, lime and matcha green tea with a spiced salted rim; and the Changing of the Guards ($10) made with Beefeater Gin, Yeoman tonic syrup, sparkling water and lemon. Lure also boasts robust wine and sake lists as well as serves local craft beers available by the bottle or on draft.
