LPM Restaurant & Bar, the internationally-known French Riviera-inspired restaurant and bar which brings the authentic flavors and iconic glamour of the Côte d’Azur to the heart of Miami and internationally, has welcomed a leading culinary expert to oversee its growing number of outlets around the globe. Hailing from France, Adriano Cattaneo has over 18 years of impressive experience in the F&B world, holding monumental leading chef positions across many profound institutions.
With locations in Miami, London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, Riyadh and Limassol, Chef Adriano will split his time between the seven locations and is responsible for the entire culinary program of the LPM group. Chef Adriano’s vision will stay true to the legendary French-Mediterranean concept while introducing his expertise and flair. While LPM’s new appointment plans will not make any drastic changes to the core menu, guests can expect to find new dishes with a Michelin-starred execution complete with seasonal dishes that will consistently evolve throughout the year.
Chef Adriano earned his Culinary Arts degree in 2005 at L’Ecôle Hôtelière de Saint-Quentin, in Yvelines, France. As a result, his culinary foundations were primarily based on French techniques and European gastronomy. Chef Adriano’s professional career began in Paris where he first gained experience at multiple Michelin-starred restaurants in iconic venues such as Epicure (the three-Michelin-starred restaurant of Le Bristol Paris), Le Meurice, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, and Nomicos. Working across the globe, from Europe to Asia, with some of the world’s most renowned masters such as Chef Yannick Alléno, Chef Eric Fréchon and Chef Jean-Louis Nomicos, Chef Adriano particularly enjoyed his time working closely with the late Chef Joël Robuchon, who has been the most-awarded chef of Michelin stars in the world.
Speaking of his new role at LPM Restaurant & Bar, Chef Adriano commented: “I am thrilled to be joining the LPM family and continue building the culinary department from strength to strength. While my aim is to keep LPM’s menu authenticity the same, I will be introducing more seasonal options and specials for guests to enjoy throughout the year. I am passionate about recruiting young talent to my team, so that they evolve and grow with LPM, feeling a part of the company’s success. It is important that we support such eagerness, especially with the culinary scene evolving so quickly across the globe. After 18 years working with some of the most accomplished chefs in the world, I am excited to take the next step in my career to help shape the future of LPM, an institution that I have always admired and loved.”
Nicolas Budzynski, Group Operations Director of LPM commented on the new hire: “We are very enthusiastic to welcome Adriano to the team and can’t wait to see him consistently evolve the menu while ensuring we stay true to the LPM concept; simple and tasty food, freshly made to order and unique to us. Hiring a celebrity chef is not our goal; our culinary identity should remain our focus, as this is what made us pioneers in markets since we opened our first location in London more than 15 years ago. Having Adriano join the team will allow us to continue to do what we are loved for well, while looking at evolving our food offering and eyeing new fantastic locations globally to share our passion for LPM.”
With Chef Adriano stepping into this role, guests can expect to see several new dishes on the menu made with LPM’s freshest and highest quality ingredients. New plates to expect in the coming months at LPM Miami include King Crab and Tomato Tart, Artichoke Hearts Salad with Truffle Vinaigrette, Homemade Lobster Mafaldine, Langoustine Risotto with Mushroom, and Lemon Tart with Italian Meringue.
LPM Restaurant & Bar Miami is located at 1300 Brickell Bay Dr, Miami, FL 33131 and is open for dinner Monday through Sunday from 6 to 11 p.m. with bar hours from 6 p.m. to midnight.
