Lone Star Steakhouse Dares Guests to ‘Steak Their Claim’
Premium steakhouse challenges guests to choose size of hand-cut ribeye; local record-breakers earn free steaks!
DALLAS, TX (Aug. 13, 2015) – You can never get too much of a good thing, right?
That’s why Lone Star Steakhouse is inviting guests to test their appetite for their most popular steak – at the size of their choosing.
Starting Monday, Aug. 17, Lone Star Steakhouse is rolling out its “Steak Your Claim” promotion, in which guests can come in and claim a hand-cut ribeye as big as they dare. Starting at 16 oz., and hitched up with two sides for just $25.99, guests can choose the size they want and their mouthwatering ribeye will be hand-cut and grilled to order.
Each additional 2 oz. is just $1.99, so don’t be bashful!
The guest who eats the largest ribeye at each Lone Star Steakhouse restaurant will be crowned the local “Champion of the Ribeye,” earning a free steak (up to a $20 value) every month, as long as he or she holds the title. So if you love steak, this is your time to prove it!
“It’s no secret that our guests love a great cut of beef, and they especially love our ribeyes,” said Tim Dungan, president of Lone Star Steakhouse. “So we thought it would be fun to see just how many folks are prepared to ‘Steak Their Claim’ to the ‘Champion of the Ribeye’ title. We look forward to watching records fall all across the country over the weeks and months ahead.”
