Lactalis Inspires Culinary Creativity at Village de ChefsThis fall Sarasota-Bradenton, Fla. was the site of culinary inspiration as Lactalis Culinary, foodservice manufacturer of high quality brands including Galbani and Président, joined 20 French chefs and pastry chefs from around the globe at Village de Chefs. The two-day event joined together more than 100 culinary students for innovation sessions and insights, producing a variety of original recipes using Lactalis brands.

Among the culinary creativity, chefs went to work at the Manatee Technical Institute (MTI) sharing fundamental French techniques and creating new recipes with the students. Lactalis branded products were used in a variety of ways producing dishes that included the Coupe marquise with Galbani mascarpone by Eric Bedoucha, Chef Partner of Financier Pâtisserie in New York, and the roasted lobster with Président butter & soft garlic byJean-Joël Bonsens, chef owner of Christophe restaurant in Amsterdam and Holland.
