Kiwano Summer Cocktail
This masterpiece was crafted by Liquid’s amazing “Handle Bartender” @handlebartender
2 oz. Hendrick’s Gin
1.5 oz Kiwano Melon Juice
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.25 oz Pineapple Juice
Combine all ingredients with ice in shaker tin. Shake vigorously and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with expressed lemon twist.
Juicing the Kiwano Melon:
Scoop out all of the pulp from a ripe kiwano melon. Pulse blend until all the gelled seeds seem popped. Press blended melon through a fine mesh strainer with the back of a spoon.
