Having grown up learning sushi preparation from his father, Chef Naoto was formally trained in Osaka and honed his craft at Michelin-Star Jewel Bako, where he expanded his talent for creating exceptional food. He now lends his expertise to both the omakase experience and a-la-carte offerings at Kissaki Bowery.
Kissaki Bowery Unveils New Executive Sushi Chef and $80/80 Minute Omakase Special
Additionally, Kissaki has just launched an $80 omakase experience exclusively at the Bowery location, offering 10 courses, including an appetizer and soup course alongside 8 pieces of chef’s choice nigiri. A condensed version of their traditional $150 experience, the new offering can be enjoyed over the course of around 80 minutes, allowing a more flexible timeline and price point with the same artistic quality and presentation at the beautiful minimalist wood and brick omakase bar or tableside. An optional sake pairing is available to add on at $35.
