Miami-based King Goose Hospitality (KGH) opens new “discreetly sinful” cocktail bar, The Roystone, steps away from its viral multi-level entertainment and culinary destination, Julia & Henry’s.
The Roystone: King Goose Hospitality’s Elevated Cocktail Bar Experience
Poised to redefine Miami’s cocktail scene, The Roystone is set to host the most sought-after mixologists from the world’s top 100 bars in its signature monthly pop-up series, commencing mid-September with the award-winning team behind Dante in New York City.
Aside from these transformative collaborations, the latest addition to the KGH portfolio sets itself apart as a groundbreaking newcomer in the industry, with its own distinct identity. Enveloped in an ambiance that transcends time, it offers a carefully crafted menu that includes imaginative signature cocktails, thoughtfully curated bites, and cherished classics. Standout menu items include:
- La Consentida: butterfly-pea-flower-infused-UNA vodka, honey jasmine cordial, Narano liqueur, St. Germain, bitters, London Essence Co. White Peach & Jasmine Soda
- Cafecita Martini: FEW Cold Cut Bourbon, Copalli Cacao Rum, brown sugar gum syrup, Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur, espresso, nitro foam
- Caviar and Chips: White Sturgeon caviar served with potato chips and crème fraîche
“Our intent is to pay homage to our venue and city by providing elevated experiences that cater to our multicultural city by bringing them a taste from around the world,” said Carlos De La Fuente-García, King Goose Hospitality’s director of operations.
Exuding an intimate and sophisticated ambiance, with meticulously chosen details that elevate the space, The Roystone’s warm green walls and plush seating beckon guests to settle in and savor the classic surroundings. The aged leather notebook menus, boasting an ever-changing list of carefully-crafted cocktails, add an element of newness and intrigue to the overall experience.

The cocktail bar is open from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m. on Wednesdays and from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, with plans to extend operating hours in the future. In addition to its regular offerings and signature pop-up series, The Roystone will host an array of activations including hi-fi vinyl D.J.s, jazz band performances, burlesque shows, disco-house nights and cocktail making classes.
The Roystone opens to the public Sept. 8, 2023.
