Round Pond Estate announces the appointment of James Anci to Northeast Regional Sales Manager. James joins Round Pond Estate, operated by brother and sister team Miles and Ryan MacDonnell, this month. In this position, James will work with a territory that consists of 11 states and the District of Columbia; including NY, NJ, PA, DE, CT, MA, MD, ME, VT, NH and RI.
“James has a wealth of on-premise experience in the New York Metro market and greater Northeast,” noted Miles MacDonnell, Co-Proprietor for Round Pond Estate. “This experience will be extremely important to our continued success building our brand nationally.”
James brings 10 years of distributor and supplier sales and management experience to Round Pond Estate. He will be responsible for the execution of Round Pond Estate’s distribution goals within the Northeast for both on- and off-premise. Before joining the Round Pond Estate team, James spent time with Constellation Brands and Southern Wine & Spirits, along with past experience in the restaurant industry. James has a passion for wine and continues to educate himself taking courses with the WSET and Court of Master Sommeliers.
James and his wife Jaclyn have two children, Dylan and Gabrielle. He enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and is an avid New York sports fan. James is a graduate of the University of Hartford and played for their men’s Lacrosse team.
