Ingredients
2 oz Tequila añejo
1 oz Fresh lime juice
3 oz Grilled pineapple juice
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/4 oz Cardamom syrup
Garnish
Dehydrated pineapple
Bitters
Recipe
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until foamy and serve into a rock glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple slices and three drops of bitter.
To prepare your own cardamom syrup, in a medium saucepan, combine one cup of water with 1/4 cup whole green cardamom pods. Bring to a boil, then stir in one cup of white sugar until fully dissolved. Simmer for about 15 minutes, let it cool down, strain out the cardamom using a fine-mesh strainer, and bottle the syrup.

1 oz Fresh lime juice
1/4 oz Agave Syrup

Recipe
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and serve into a nick and nora glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime slice and lime zest.
