Fountain-Side Hotspot Introduces ‘Spring Peacock’ and ‘Hyde-Made Limeade’
Hyde Bellagio is keeping it cool this summer with two refreshing new libations perfect for enjoying al fresco on the terrace overlooking the famed Fountains of Bellagio.
Featuring fresh seasonal fruits and flavors, the new summery sips join Hyde’s signature craft cocktail menu, highlighted by favorites including the Love Unit, Cucumber Watermelon Margarita, Burning Mango and frozen Liquid Nitrogen drinks made with all-natural ingredients. Guests can unwind Fountain-side all summer as they nosh on a selection of gourmet small plates and sample expertly crafted cocktails, served nightly beginning at 5 p.m.
- Spring Peacock – Named for the 16th century “Dance of the Peacock,” a classic French courting dance, Pavan Liqueur expresses the sweet Muscat, grape and orange blossom flavors of the Mediterranean. As the star of Hyde’s ‘Spring Peacock,’ Pavanis mixed with fresh fruit, Kettle One Orange and sparkling water for a vibrant cocktail that is both fruity and effervescent.
- Hyde-Made Limeade – A grown-up twist on a staple of childhood summers, the Hyde-Made Limeade delights the “big kid” in every guest. The cocktail features Belvedere Black Raspberry, fresh-squeezed lime juice and a splash of Sprite.
