Set on a mission to bottle the sensation of vacation in paradise and capture the island’s essence, the resort recently partnered with a notable craft brewery located in nearby Caguas, F.O.K Brewing Co., to create its first original beer, the PRadise Bliss Lager. Inspired by the natural beauty and abundance of the Grand Reserve, the refreshing new lager creates a journey of taste, blending the tropical notes of locally-grown guavas, passionfruit and oranges to create a light and crisp craft brew that is perfect for pool-side moments and leisure hour on the beach.

A company that started with just three flavors, F.O.K Brewing Co. was founded on a mission to create Puerto Rican beers made with local raw materials to be distributed throughout the community to support and empower commerce within Puerto Rico. Today, the brewery produces 21 different flavors crafted with only the best raw materials grown on the island. The company’s sourced produce includes cocoa, honey, passion fruit, mango and habaneros. F.O.K, which stands for Fresh Of Keg, stands for the brand’s production methodology as the beers are always made fresh and packaged for immediate distribution to businesses around the island once they are brewed to perfection.
The PRadise Bliss Lager partnership is the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve’s latest effort to support, promote and stimulate Puerto Rico’s local economy and agriculture industry while offering guests a unique taste of La Isla del Encanto. At the helm of the resort’s culinary sustainability initiatives, Culinary Director and Chef Ibrahim Sanz has been developing the resort’s farm-to-table programs, partnering with local suppliers to reduce the property’s food’s carbon footprint by minimizing its mileage and supporting Puerto Rican growers. Today, the resort has increased its local produce by over 60%.
Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve has also proudly pledged to donate $1.00 for every beer sold to the Puerto Rico Hotel and Tourism Association, an island-wide trade association that represents, protects, promotes, educates, and informs its more than 400 corporate members, which together directly and indirectly employ over 80,000 men and women in Puerto Rico.
