Chef Jose Icardi – Hailing from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Chef Jose Icardi was born with the culinary arts in his DNA. As Leynia’s Executive Chef at Delano South Beach, Icardi brings forth imaginative Argentinian fusion cuisine to each of his creations while keeping true to his roots. At Diez y Seis at Shore Club, Chef Icardi taps into his worldly travels and experiences by taking his guests on a flavorful journey that pays homage to Mexico’s culinary contribution.
The Bazaar by Jose Andres at SLS South Beach:
Chef Karla Hoyos – Chef Karla Hoyos, Chef De Cuisine at The Bazaar by Jose Andres, is a proud hispanic woman from Veracruz, Mexico. After graduating culinary school, Karla completed a 3-month internship at Martin Berasategui, a Michelin Star rated restaurant in Spain. While in Spain, she was able to gain a better understanding of Spanish cuisine. She now uses those experiences to keep the spanish tradition strong at The Bazaar, where all dishes are served tapas-style and sharing is always encouraged.
Fi’Lia at SLS Brickell:
Chef Victor Rosado – Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Chef Victor Rosado’s passion for the culinary arts began as a child, cooking alongside his grandparents. Spending much of his childhood in his family’s kitchen, he was influenced by the flavors of home which is what he tries to recreate for his guests within a ‘fine dining’ setting at Fi’lia Brickell.
