Hilton (NYSE: HLT) announced the appointment of María Del Carmen Bonarelli as executive chef of Embassy Suites by Hilton Santo Domingo’s Agatha Restaurant.

Before joining Embassy Suites by Hilton, Bonarelli served as executive chef as the Vesuvio Restaurant, the first Italian restuarant in the Dominian Republic, as well as im poratnt hotels and restaurants in the counrty such as Miter, Beach Blanca Punta Cana and Hotel Westin Punta Cana. Bonarelli graduated from La Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maesta de Santo Domingo with a degree in hotel management along with culinary arts at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
