  • 1 1⁄4 cups Just Mayo
  • 1⁄2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons diced white onion
  • 2 tablespoons diced cornichon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together until

mixed thoroughly

Just Mayo Honey Mustard Dressing

  • 1 cup Just Mayo
  • 1⁄4 cup stone ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon chopped thyme
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together until

mixed thoroughly

Just Mayo Creamy Poblano Dip

  • 1 cup Just Mayo
  • 3 medium poblano peppers, roasted and skin removed
  • 3 cloves confit garlic
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1⁄2 an avocado
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon of salt
  • Char peppers over an open flame until skin is blackened, place in a

bowl and cover with cling wrap for 10 minutes to cool

  • When cooled, remove burnt skin and seeds
  • In a small sauce pan, place 1 cup of oil (or enough to fully cover the cloves of garlic), and let simmer on low heat for 20 minutes
  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth
