Starting June 22nd in Gainesville and continuing through spring 2019 at the University of Central Florida, Bolay is upping the stakes with four new locations
Bolay, the latest restaurant concept to make a splash into the fast casual dining scene, is thrilled to be continuing the success of its 2018 opening in West Palm Beach with the opening of its sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth locations in Gainesville, Lake Nona, Winter Park and UCF. Created by Chris Gannon and his father, Tim Gannon, co-founder of Outback Steakhouse, the restaurant with its “so fresh, so bold” motto invites food lovers of all ages to build their own nutrient rich bowls packed with superfoods and savory proteins.
“We love Florida and being able to expand through the state is an awesome feeling,” says Bolay CEO, Chris Gannon. “Opening several stores in a short period of time is an ambitious undertaking, but that’s the Bolay Way. We believe in setting higher standards each time, reaching them, then doing it again. We continue to do that in every aspect of everything we do.”
Dan Risick will be the Operating Partner for the Gainesville location and Angela Gutierrez will be Operating Partner for Lake Nona. Both feel that this is the perfect next move for the booming brand. “Bolay expanding north is perfect. The demographic aligns perfectly with our brand – active, young-minded and health conscious,” says Risick. Gutierrez agrees and adds, “Bolay is a brand that really believes in building community and we know it’s going to fit right in to Lake Nona.”
Bolay offers a gluten-free, build-your-own-bowl menu along with delicious cold-pressed juices. Superfoods like kale, quinoa, spinach are staples, as are top-quality protein options, including Steak Au Jus and Ahi tuna. The brand collaborates with some of the best chefs in the country to bring nutrient rich bold flavors to life.
“We make sure that the food is full of flavor and energy, as is the restaurant and everyone who works with us. We not only want Bolay to be a part of your life, we want your life to be that much healthier and bolder because of Bolay,” says Gannon.
With this bold expansion, Bolay is actively looking for Operating Partners to join the movement and run future stores. “The Bolay Way” is a way of life fueled by incredible food and a vibrant culture, and Bolay is looking for high energy and committed talent to join the team. Bolay will be open seven days a week – 11am-9:30pm Monday-Saturday and 11am-9pm on Sundays – and will reveal grand opening plans as the dates approach. For more info, please visit www.eatbolay.com and follow the bold journey on social media.
