With seven of the top ten manufacturers of chocolate residing in the United States, Founder Mario Pi saw the need for a trade show dedicated to chocolate in the United States. Chicago was a natural choice for the show, as the epicenter of the confection industry, with companies like Fannie May, Blommer Chocolate Company, World’s Finest Chocolates and more.
“We’ve heard from our exhibitors and sponsors that there is an unmet need for a trade show that celebrates the craft of chocolate and offers solutions to elevate the quality of product available in the chocolate industry,” says Pi.
Exhibitors for The National Chocolate Show will include leaders in chocolate product, supplies, ingredients, equipment, packaging, point of purchase, displays, apparel and uniform and more. Some of the esteemed confirmed exhibitors will include Barry Callebaut <http://www.barry-callebaut.com/gourmet> , Blommer Chocolate Company <http://www.blommer.com/> , Cacao Barry <http://www.cacao-barry.com/> , Valrhona <http://www.valrhona.com/> , Mod-Pac Corp. <http://www.modpac.com/> , Savage Bros.
