FOUR SEASONS RESORT PUNTA MITA INTRODUCES “SEA TO TABLE” EXPERIENCE WITH EXECUTIVE CHEF JORGE GONZÁLEZ

Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, the award-winning oceanfront resort on the pristine coast of Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit, announces the launch of its all-new Sea to Table” program. This exclusive adventure for guests offers a hands-on fishing experience and ocean-to-plate culinary journey, combining sustainable fishing practices with personalized gastronomic expertise led by Executive Chef Jorge González in collaboration with SpearMex, the region’s premier sea exploration experts. Combining adventure, experiential dining, and environmental stewardship, the all-new “Sea to Table” provides guests with an authentic connection to the ocean and the region’s culinary traditions.

“Our newest guest offering reflects our continued commitment to creating one-of-a-kind adventures that are rooted in sustainability and local culture,” says John O’Sullivan, Regional Vice President and General Manager at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita. “With this ‘Sea to Table’ experience, guests will forge a deeper connection to the ocean, learn safe and sustainable practices from some of the very best in the industry, all while enjoying the artistry of Mexican coastal cuisine.”

Accompanied by Executive Chef Jorge González, beloved by guests for his vibrant personality, passion for the ocean, and genuine Mexican hospitality, the “Sea to Table” experience begins with a fishing expedition guided by SpearMex. Guests will embark on a guided exploration of Punta Mita’s waters, learning sustainable fishing methods—from spearfishing to deep-sea fishing, all tailored to the guests’ interests and skill levels—alongside Chef González, and enjoying his fresh ceviche from the day’s catch for a preview of the culinary creations to come in the evening.

After a day of hands-on adventure on the water, the experience concludes with a multi-course, fresh catch dinner at Bahía by Richard Sandoval, the resort’s signature beachfront restaurant. Guests will enjoy a specially curated menu by Chef González based on the guests’ catch of the day,  which is transformed into a meal highlighting the flavors of Punta Mita’s coastal bounty and the resort’s commitment to sustainability and fresh, local ingredients.

The private experience is available for $10,000 USD for up to four guests (with the option to arrange additional customization and extra guests at an added cost), with a portion of the proceeds supporting marine conservation initiatives in Mexico. Guests can book the “Sea to Table” experience by contacting Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita at +52 (329) 291-6000. Additional on-the-water experiences by Four Seasons Punta Mita include private excursions on the Four Seasons Explorer, a Sea Ray Bay Cruise, a catamaran leisure trip, seasonal whale watching, sailing, journey to the hidden UNESCO World Heritage site Marietas Islands, inshore fishing, and more.
