Set on the sunny shores of Thailand and filmed at Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui, the highly anticipated The White Lotus Season 3 will be gracing our screens on 17th February on Sky and NOW. To mark the return of the acclaimed series, Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, is introducing a new afternoon tea experience inspired by The White Lotus Season 3.
Crafted by the talented pastry team at the hotel’s Michelin-starred Pavyllon London, the picture-perfect afternoon tea – served in the opulent Pavyllon Lounge from 20 February to 16 May 2025 – celebrates the vibrant tapestry of Thailand’s bold flavours and rich culinary traditions, bringing a touch of The White Lotus’ signature decadence to Mayfair.
Designed to immerse guests in the world of The White Lotus, the experience embodies everything there is to love about the hit series with a bespoke lotus-inspired tea stand, beautifully curated menus, and background music that nods to the show’s unmistakable soundtrack.
Begin with a stunning selection of savouries such as a delicate chicken dumpling with langoustine extraction, ginger, and coriander; a crispy crab and green papaya tartlet with lotus cream and roasted peanuts; a duck spring roll with Thai basil and green chilli; and a curried tiger prawn sando with pickled mango and lime.
Expect indulgent sweet treats with exotic Thai twists that encapsulate the decadence, mystery and allure that defines The White Lotus. Choices include a black sesame and hazelnut teacake; a tea-infused croustillant caramel with sweetcorn mousse; honey cheesecake with fresh pomelo salad, a mango, Thai basil, and lime éclair; and a slow-roasted pineapple and pandan brioche cake.
