FORTH Hotel
FORTH Hotel offers travelers a luxury stay experience, featuring rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and breathtaking skyline views, as well as an abundance of on-site amenities and thoughtful programming. The hotel’s interiors were designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, in collaboration with Method Studios, Method Co.’s in-house design firm, drawing inspiration from contemporary European design and early Americana traditions. Handmade wooden furniture, layered fabrics and textures, vintage pieces, and curated objects all imbue the hotel with an instant sense of place and an air of craftsmanship. The guest rooms exude warmth and a careful attention to detail, highlighted through details including custom wallpaper designed by Method Studios, bedding from Bellino Fine Linens, bath amenities from Le Labo, custom shaker-style cabinetry, and striking furniture from Lawson Fenning, Pedrali, Sun at Six, Menu and Gubi. Select suites also offer spacious private terraces, including one suite with a wood-burning outdoor fireplace. For guests seeking longer stays and more space, FORTH Hotel also offers 39 residential suites, combining the service and design of a boutique hotel with full-size appliances, washers and dryers, All-Clad cookware and Fortessa glassware, separate living spaces, plain-sawn oak flooring, and custom furniture. Guests at FORTH Hotel also have access to the property’s state-of-the-art fitness center and numerous restaurant and bar concepts.
“As an Atlanta native, it’s been an incredible privilege to be a part of the resurgence of the Old Fourth Ward, However, what’s been sorely missed—until now—is a world class hospitality destination that simultaneously caters to both our neighbors and to those who are visiting Atlanta for the very first time,” said Jim Irwin, President of New City Properties.
FORTH Food & Beverage
From the ground floor to the rooftop, FORTH Atlanta features a series of distinct food and beverage concepts, meticulously designed by Philadelphia-based Stokes Architecture + Design, in collaboration with Method Studios. On the ground floor, Il Premio is a refined modern Italian steakhouse, featuring a menu of fresh housemade pastas, premium meats, and a meticulously curated Italian wine list, while Bar Premio, the cafe and bar along the hotel lobby, offers a casual all-day program with La Colombe coffee, house made pastries, salads, and Italian sandwiches by day. In the evening, Bar Premio honors the tradition of aperitivo, with a wide selection of wines, shareable plates and traditional Italian desserts. FORTH’s rooftop cocktail lounge, Moonlight, pays tribute to the vibrant restaurant rooftops of the 1970s, featuring Italian mid-century modern design and creative cocktails. After a day in the sun, Elektra, the poolside restaurant and bar, invites guests in with an airy, coastal-inspired design and a Mediterranean-influenced menu, also available poolside. Elektra is now open along with pastry and coffee service at Bar Premio, with Il Premio, Bar Premio’s wine and food program, and Moonlight scheduled to open later this summer. Additionally, FORTH Atlanta’s flexible venue space is designed to accommodate events both grand and intimate, with up to 350 guests seated and a food and beverage program provided by FORTH’s various culinary concepts. FORTH’s food and beverage program was developed and overseen by Method Co., the hospitality group behind award-winning concepts including Philadelphia’s HIROKI and Wm. Mulherin’s Sons Restaurant and Hotel; The Quinte oyster bar and Lowland at The Pinch hotel in Charleston; Simmer Down and The Quoin Restaurant within The Quoin hotel; and Le Suprême, Kamper’s, HIROKI-SAN, and Sakazuki at Book Tower in Detroit.
FORTH Club
Within the walls of FORTH sits another experience all its own: a private, members-only social club unlike anything else in Atlanta. FORTH Club is inspired by the grand tradition of the early 20th-century salon, where community luminaries come together to connect, share stories and learn from one another. FORTH Club members are a community of Atlanta’s most exciting and most thoughtful movers and doers. They will have access to the pool and the fitness center, a curated event schedule, as well as exclusive access to the private bar and lounge helmed by Executive Chef Jonathan McDowell.
FORTH Fitness Center
FORTH offers hotel guests and club members a world-class 20,000-square-foot wellness and fitness experience featuring Technogym equipment, specialized classes, dynamic studios, and personal training. The fitness center offers yoga, HIIT, meditation, and barre classes, as well as reformer, classic, and mat Pilates classes. Classes are offered 7 days a week. Post-workout, there are several recovery treatments available to club members including Theragun devices, and custom and specialty massages. Locker rooms are equipped with luxury amenities including a steam room, cold plunge, and dry sauna; laundry services are also available. The FORTH pool is also open to members for workouts and relaxation. The 2,400-square-foot pool has two dedicated lap lanes, available Monday through Friday starting at 6AM with lanes closing at 9:30AM.
FORTH’s wellness spaces were designed to create an elevated, fresh, and spa-like feel, open and awash in natural light. The main fitness area is outfitted with vintage pendant light fixtures, white oak wall paneling, and a blend of polished concrete and maple flooring. One of the highlights of the design is the Pilates room which features linen panel walls, built-in millwork storage, and a Shoji-inspired storefront with frosted glass to create a calm and streamlined environment. The fitness and wellness center are the energetic core of the FORTH experience, executed in meticulous detail to give every member an experience that feels effortless.
FORTH Atlanta is located within the city’s Old Fourth Ward, an area brimming with historical significance and a fast-growing notoriety among locals as the city’s coolest neighborhood.
