Starting at $15, the new menu provides convenient, craveable lunch options for guests
Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse launches its new Gaucho Lunch menu today at restaurants nationwide. Developed to accommodate the busy schedules of weekday diners and business professionals, Fogo’s Gaucho Lunch menu provides a new way to experience its award-winning cuisine and hospitality, starting at only $15*.
“Gaucho Lunch was created to provide our guests a way to experience the Fogo they love within a timeframe that fits with their daytime needs,” said Larry Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of Fogo de Chão. “After successfully launching this specialized lunch menu at limited locations, we are pleased to be introducing this exciting new offering to guests nationwide. With Gaucho Lunch, our guests have a greater ability to customize the portion, price and time spent during their experience, and to say goodbye to the notion that lunch takes too long.”
For $15, guests can enjoy the gourmet Market Table & Feijoada Bar, which includes seasonal soups and salads, fresh vegetables, feijoada (traditional black bean stew with rice, fresh orange and yucca flour), and a wealth of other authentic Brazilian dishes. Guests also have the option to add a selection of fire-roasted steak, lamb, chicken, or pork – carved tableside by gaucho chefs, all for less than $25*. Every meal is accompanied with house-made garlic mashed potatoes, caramelized bananas, and crispy fried polenta topped with parmesan cheese. The Gaucho Lunch Menu is available Monday through Friday in the Main Dining Room of all Fogo de Chão U.S. restaurant locations.
