Those attending the 2012 Flavors of Fort Lauderdale will have the chance to sip and sample the best of the best in local cuisine, gourmet specialty foods and world-class wines and spirits. Hosted by Susser, the Flavors Grand Tasting will take place Sunday, November 11 from noon to 4 p.m. at the Las Olas Marina. The Grand Tasting will include interactive culinary demonstrations – with a focus on sustainable seafood – by Chef Dean Max (3030 Ocean) and Chef Ralph Pagano (Ten Palms), amongst others.
