Escape The Cold This Winter!!
NYC’s Mulberry Project’s pop-up cocktail bar in Tulum, Mexico this Winter/Spring.
Mulberry Project, the subterranean speakeasy and restaurant located in NYC’s Little Italy, has taken its famed mixology from the streets of New York to the sands of Tulum this winter. Specializing in bespoke cocktails and curated mixology programs, Mulberry Project recently launched its pop-up location at La Zebra Tulum hotel open now thru Spring 2016.
Head mixologist Jasper Soffer is serving up specialty tequila, mescal and rum cocktails for travelers to enjoy a taste of Manhattan in Mexico. Guests choose their spirit, pick a fresh ingredient (or two) and maybe throw in an adjective (refreshing, sweet, spicy, etc.) and the bartenders create a bespoke cocktail to guest’s specifications. Located just steps from the water, the Mulberry Project bar consists of 6 seats where guests can take a break from the sun and experience a cocktail class from the celebrated mixologists, or head back to their daybeds to soak up the sun while sipping away their worries. Whether escaping the snow, or indulging in a weekend get-away, Mulberry Project brings the bar to the beach for the ultimate hospitality experience in the heart of Tulum.
