Now through December 30, 2024, we are accepting applications for individuals interested in joining the Aarón Sánchez Scholarship Class of 2025 to study culinary arts at New Orleans Culinary and Hospitality Institute (NOCHI) beginning in July 2025.
Five (5) young Latinos will be awarded a full scholarship including:
- Full Tuition for the Culinary Arts Certificate Program at New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute (NOCHI) covering school supplies, fees, classroom instruction, career services support, and a capstone project.
- Housing in New Orleans for the duration of the program. The program runs from July-December 2025.
- Round-Trip Travel to and from New Orleans, including flights and associated expenses.
- Monthly Stipend for bus and streetcar ground transportation for the duration of the program.
- $250 Monthly Grocery Stipend to support living costs.
- Tailored One-week Internship aligned with each student’s career interests.
- Mentorship from Chef Aarón Sánchez and other leading industry professionals.
This incredible scholarship opens just once a year.
