Emeril Lagasse’s Las Vegas Restaurants Offer Exceptional Food at an Excellent Value Throughout the Summer

Emeril Lagasse’s Las Vegas restaurants will offer tasting menus at various price points this summer, making it the perfect time to revisit one of your favorites or try something new. All three menus are available until August 31.
Dinner Sunday-Thursdays 5-10 p.m., Friday and Saturday5-10:30 p.m.
Delmonico Steakhouse’s popular $65 three-course prix fixe dinner menu is back, featuring fresh, seasonal favorites from chef de cuisine Ronnie Rainwater. Guests can start with their choice of traditional New Orleans gumbo, heirloom tomato soup, organic baby mixed greens salad, petite iceberg lettuce wedge or beef carpaccio. Choice of entree includes Alaskan halibut, dry-aged petite ribeye, grilled prime boneless NY strip or mushroom crusted petite filet medallions. Finish the meal with a sweet treat of caramel butter cake, banana cream pie parfait or pecan pie.
Table 10’s chef de cuisine James Richards has updated the “Taste of Table 10” four course $48 menu with seasonal summer favorites including ahi tuna tartare with wasabi clouds, organic scarlett spinach salad with pickled rhubarb and local strawberries; sweet corn soup with pickled sweet corn and crispy jalapenos; stuffed conchiglie with Bellwether Farms ricotta and black summer truffles; or lemon and herb roasted chicken with roasted potatoes and artichokes. An optional wine pairing is available for $28 per person.
Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House is offering a “Four for $48” summer tasting menu featuring chef de cuisine Heath Cicerelli’s signature dishes, including Creole boiled shrimp cocktail, blue crabmeat remoulade, pasta and summer truffles carbonara, baked lobster gratin and pecan crusted Texas redfish. To complete the meal, guests can choose between any of the current dessert menu offerings, including strawberry rhubarb crisp, New Orleans bread and butter bread pudding and Emeril’s signature banana cream pie. Wine pairings are available for an additional $35 per person.
