The First Annual eBev 2013 Conference, Presented by American Beverage Consortium, Aligns Digital Marketing Strategies with Thought-Leading Advertising Solutions
Key thought leaders in the beverage and digital marketing industries came together for eBev 2013, the inaugural national beverage marketing conference hosted by the American Beverage Consortium.
130 attendees converged upon the Embassy Suites Denver-Downtown in Denver, Colorado from October 23, 2013 to October 25, 2013, where they listened to highly insightful presentations from C-level executive speakers, digital marketers, and leading brands, who imparted their wisdom on navigating digital, mobile and social media marketing in the beverage industry.
Led by keynote speaker Maarten L. Albarda, Founder of MLA Consulting, the eBev 2013 line-up of speakers delved deep into the understanding of digital strategy in the beverage industry. The sessions went beyond theory to provide tangible and practical applications through the real life experiences, trials, and tribulations amassed through the collective hundreds of years of digital beverage marketing knowledge on-hand. Speakers not only provided expert insight, but the tools to give attendees the ability to implement and execute the strategies within their own companies.
Among the topics covered were effectively engaging the consumer base through digital content marketing, driving sales and measuring success in a digital age, understanding and effectively leveraging big data, and amplifying the impact of social media trends and insights.
eBev 2013 went well beyond presentations alone, adding value through a host of partners in the beverage marketing, digital marketing, and media industries. Attendees were able to network with decision-makers at companies both large and small, with various areas of expertise.
“We’ve received such overwhelmingly positive and enthusiastic feedback from the speakers and attendees, that we we’re a little overwhelmed ourselves,” said Alex Brooks, managing partner at American Beverage Consortium. “We were thrilled with the outcome of eBev 2013, and are already looking forward to making eBev 2014 an even more powerful resource for the beverage industry.”
A successful show set the stage for next year, where the conference will be held in October 1-3 in Atlanta, Georgia.
