Flavor-obsessed Chef Keris Kuwana is a true artist with a passion for design, always on the hunt for new flavors, ingredients, and inspiration.
From five-star restaurants to exotic vacations, Chef Keris and her artists offer donut-curious guests delights like Truffle Honey with hand painted, couture inspired chocolate bees; Yuzu Blueberry with mini meringue; Green Tea filled with matcha cream; Birthday Cake with vanilla glaze and housemade sprinkles topped with a slice of mini birthday cake; and Strawberry Cheesecake with cheesecake filling and crushed dried strawberries.
