Dolce Hotels and Resorts today announced that it has been retained by Newage Lake Las Vegas LLC, the new owner of Ravella at Lake Las Vegas, to continue managing the 349-room, Mediterranean-inspired luxury resort 17 miles from the Las Vegas Strip.
Dolce began managing the property in January 2011 when it was rebranded under the Ravella name. Newage Lake Las Vegas LLC is a unit of Kam Sang Co., based in Arcadia, California. The hotel sale was part of a two-property deal by Newage, which also purchased Casino MonteLago on a one-acre site adjacent to Ravella. Dolce is not involved with the casino, which was obtained from a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank.
Phil Wolfgramm, senior vice president at Kam Sang, commented, “The retention of Dolce as manager of the resort is good news for guests of Ravella. Dolce is doing a great job of operating the property and has re-established Ravella as a sought-after destination for meetings, events and weddings.”
Steven A. Rudnitsky, president and chief executive officer of Dolce Hotels and Resorts, said he looks forward to working with Newage Lake Las Vegas LLC “to assure first-rate hospitality” for business, group and leisure guests at Ravella. “We are pleased to continue our management role of Ravella, an outstanding resort and conference facility,” he said.
Ravella at Lake Las Vegas attracts travelers seeking a peaceful retreat with easy access to the bright lights of the Strip, offering guests unforgettable cuisine, a full-service spa, world-class golf, and a variety of recreational activities including kayaking, boating, fly fishing, and pool cabana rentals.
