Denver-based hospitality development company, Gastamo Group, is expanding with two new restaurant openings in Westminster, CO. Known for its dynamic restaurant concepts such as Park Burger and Lady Nomada, the group will debut additional Homegrown Tap & Dough and Perdida Kitchen locations this fall at 1257 W 120th Ave, marking a significant step in its continued growth across the Colorado dining landscape.
After three years of meticulous redevelopment, the 12,000-square-foot building, housing both concepts, has been redeveloped into a vibrant, destination-worthy space designed to redefine the dining experience.
Homegrown Tap & Dough, a ski lodge-inspired pizza and pasta restaurant, will open its fourth location following success in Littleton, Olde Town Arvada, and Washington Park. The concept, which has earned a strong local following for its pizza creativity, including hand-tossed dough and Colorado-inspired dishes, is positioned to tap into the rapidly growing Westminster, CO community. Homegrown Tap & Dough will offer both indoor and outdoor dining, featuring a broad selection of craft beers and wines to complement its rustic, family-friendly ambience.
Homegrown Tap & Dough will transport guests from the everyday to a cozy ski chalet, where Colorado-inspired and rustic details create a perfect escape. The interior will feature vintage gondolas from Steamboat, a retro arcade, and hand-picked art and design pieces from the mountain region.
“With Homegrown Tap & Dough, we’ve always believed that exceptional pizza paired with warm hospitality brings people together, and we are thrilled to be part of that connection. Our commitment is to integrate into the community and contribute to the neighborhoods we serve. We look forward to growing alongside Westminster and with other communities in the near future,” said Jean-Phillippe Failyau, CEO and Co-Founder of Gastamo Group.
Under the same roof, Perdida Kitchen introduces its second location to Westminster, CO bringing vibrant Baja-inspired coastal cuisine to the northern Denver neighborhood.
Following a successful debut in Denver, Perdida Kitchen will offer diners a menu focused on ‘from the fire’ dishes, shareable small plates, and an extensive bar program featuring housemade margaritas and signature cocktails. Perdida’s design features handmade tile and furniture from Mexico, as well as lively vegetation and plants scaling the walls, among surfboards and ambient lightingThe building is adorned with stunning murals, and the space was designed by world-renowned architects to create an inviting, visually striking atmosphere. The vibrant, locally sourced art and decor further reinforce Perdida’s connection to the community, adding a creative and personal touch to the space.
“After exploring the Baja Peninsula and drawing inspiration from Colorado’s mountain towns, we set out to create welcoming spaces where the community can gather, share great food, and make memorable moments. Whether it’s the vibrant, sun-soaked escape of Baja at Perdida or the cozy, ski-lodge warmth of Homegrown, we want people to experience the feeling of stepping away from the everyday to immerse themselves in something special,” said Peter Newlin, Chief Visionary Officer and Co-Founder of Gastamo Group.

Over the past 15 years, the company’s strategic growth approach has led to the successful establishment of five concepts across various neighborhoods in the Denver area.
