Cover Star: Acclaimed Chef Brian Massie Graces Cover Of Food & Beverage MagazineThe Light Group’s Corporate Executive Chef Brian Massie has been unveiled as the cover star of the February issue of Food & Beverage Magazine. Massie, a New York native, has been in the culinary industry for over 20 years and oversees the kitchen operations and menu development of six restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip including FIX Restaurant and Bar at Bellagio; STACK Restaurant and Bar at The Mirage; BRAND Steakhouse and Diablo’s Mexican Cantina at Monte Carlo; and Citizen’s Kitchen & Bar and Red Square at Mandalay Bay. In the latest issue of Food & Beverage, the magazine gets up close and personal with the star chef as he dishes on his career, family and wishes.
