Coors Light Lideres Program: Celebrating Latino Community Leaders
Through its Coors Light Líderes of the Year program, Coors Light is once again honoring exceptional Latino leaders who have shown dedication to making a positive and lasting impact in their communities. Celebrating its seventeenth year of commitment, Coors Light is granting $50,000 to nonprofits across the United States in recognition of five outstanding Latino community leaders.
“As we conclude this year’s program, we remain moved by the enduring commitment displayed by Latino
leaders in their mission to uplift their communities,” said Michael Nordman, senior manager of community
affairs, Molson Coors. “These remarkable individuals not only contribute to bettering our world but also
serve as shining examples of cultural pride and heritage. We are proud to stand with them, supporting
them in their visions for a brighter future.”
Each recipient awarded through the Coors Light Líderes of the Year program will gain access to the
exclusive Change Makers Alumni Network, a community of almost 150 dedicated Latino leaders, united
by their commitment to community improvement. Within this network, members can participate in
networking opportunities and share accomplishments with one another. Coors Light Líderes winners will
also serve as mentors through annual features and engaging across social media platforms.
In this year’s Coors Light Líderes of the Year program, winners were selected through a national
nomination process. Nominees were required to be of Hispanic or Latino descent, actively associated
with a 501c (3) nonprofit organization that impacts the Latino community and between the ages of 21 and
39. Each winner is awarded a $10,000 grant for their nonprofit organization.
